I definitely like these. They have xylitol which is good for your mouth and teeth. I have dry mouth. They taste good but don’t last long in terms of keeping mouth moist but make your breath and mouth smell and taste better. I wish they were less expensive but I’ve tried everything and these taste good.

These are kind of like Dentyne gum, great cinnamon flavor and the xylitol is healthy for your teeth. I will repurchase for sure.

I fell in love when I found thesethey taste like kinda like cinnamon candy. I eat them like candy too! These "mints" are sweeted with Xylitol. This has an advantage of not spike ones blood sugar. The disadvantage is Xylitol is extremely toxic to dogs. I keep them up in a cabinet in my restroom so my dogs don't accidentally get to them. Also, these can cause an upset stomach, mainly of the bowels. Fortunately I do not have this problem and it helps me more than anything.

The Cinnamon flavor is stronger than I expected. It really had a bite! I don’t know about these and gum health. I plan to ask my dental hygienist. Good if you’re trying to quit smoking to keep in your mouth. The regular mint is less strong in comparison. Both dissolve quickly once in your mouth.
