I love taking coco dream before bed, as a healthy alternative to hot chocolate! My favourite ingredient is the Reishi mushrooms, which have really helped me to relax before bed! I love how all of their products are free from anything artificial so I know I'm just getting the best quality superfoods possible!

I had such high hopes for this, even after reading some negative reviews. However i have given it a go with different attempts, ie the given directions to add water and some milk but it tasted so, so weak. The flavour was not there and what it tasted like was wet cinnamon. Even trying it with just all hot milk it tasted watery and weak which i don’t understand, so then i added more powder but it was just even more unpleasant! Even after adding sugar to it as well as a last ditch effort 😭 I really hate to give such a bad review for this product as it has many health benefits i wanted to receive, however, i could not recommend at all.

For the longest time I have had trouble drifting off to sleep, I bought Coco Dream because I get other products from Rheal and they have all been amazing, it’s natural, organic and I thought it was worth a try. I have a warm coco dream before bed and I have noticed a difference pretty quickly. I’ve gone from taking over an hour to get to sleep to being asleep in 10-15 mins and my sleep quality is better, it really relaxes me and I don’t have to worry about any additives or nasties! Love this product and will be buying again!

Like the idea and the fact it is healthier, but I do find I have to mix it with regular hot chocolate for the taste, it is rather bitter on its own and quite grainy.

Put it in water...had no flavour other than a bitter after taste...but I felt really relaxed after and slept better. Tonight I put it in a bit of hot water then added hot milk and honey and its so good

I’m so glad I found this Cocoa drink. It’s from such a wonderful company and I’m happy to support them. This is delicious and I have it every night. I mix it with boiling water, milk and a bit of sweetener. I feel like it just gently calms me to wind down for the night!

The review is only based on flavor since I just had my first mug. Holy heck, that cinnamon flavor is STRONG. I read about it but didn’t think it would be bad. I really don’t care for it but I am desperate for some good sleepy time goodness so I will keep using it. I’ve also just start 5 htp and L Tryptophan though so I may not know which is working. 😂 Update: I hated the flavor so much that I never drank it and finally threw it away.
