Incredible!
Incredible product, the sound quality is great over Bluetooth and the range is unbelievable. There’s also very little delay in the playback, so watching videos are no issue with the audio syncing nicely. The whole unit is so small which was very important for my space, yet performs well. I’m not an audiophile but I can definitely say the average consumer would be thrilled by the output, and not to mention the value for money over the competition.

Great power, lovely device
I love this thing, and can't believe how loud it is! So one thing to mention is that you can't get the full 300w of power with the supplied power supply (32v) - they sell a 48v one I think on Amazon if you need that. Yet, the room I am in is 5m by 3.5m, and I don't think I'll ever push the thing past 1/2 way. Most of the time, considerably less than that. So the above does not bother me. It is powering some Cambridge Audio SX-50, and collectively they sound amazing! I briefly had some Edifier active speakers before this (cheaper, but not by that much), but sound comparison wise, there's no contest. So this is a pretty simple device - no remote, and not a lot going on controls wise, but having the two inputs (one physical, and the other bluetooth) is perfect for my needs. And the manual treble and bass are useful at times too. I've not got a sub plugged into this - for my needs, I don't think I need it (the speakers are pretty good without), so can't comment on that, but may add something in the future, so good to have the option. I'm using this for armature music production, and also for listening to music as I work, and its great for both!

Give it time to burn in then its 5 stars
Used as a desktop system with Mp3 player (wired) and a soundblaster dongle from my laptop. I have a set of vintage Canton 4 ohm speakers that are efficient connected with banana plugs and pure copper wire. I am using the 32v supplied power supply. I almost returned this as when I first started using it the treble range sounded distorted and overall the amp sounded thin. Fast forward to around 20 hours use and the little Fosi is revealing itself to be a very capable unit. The separation, clarity and reserves of power are now all evident. The control through the range is now very good , excellent bass and clear treble. The tone controls work well allowing acurate amounts of adjustment if needed. Connection: Sorry I don't use bluetooth but I expect it works well. The 2 phono sockets are fine to use with whatever you plug in. The 3.5mm pre out: Disappointed with this it would not send anything to my powered sub, not a deal breaker but research on the net shows this is a common complaint. Fosi should have put a dedicated sub out for this. The build quality is fine and with the 32v supply only ever gets slightly warm. I have also read that the alternative 48v supply causes the amp to run quite hot. The output for me is enough and I can listen clearly in the room away from my desk. Apart from the issue with the pre-out I can still give 5 stars due to the overal qualities of this little amp.

Overall, pretty good....
Certainly a neat petite little thing, nice sleek finish too, but there are a couple of things I will mention. Firstly, if you're not planning to use banana plugs on your speaker cables, then tightening in the bare wires to get a good connection maybe a bit tricky if, like me, you have big fingers, because the 4 connections are spaced very close together. It is doable, but I found it a bit tricky to get them properly tight, and if my cables were any thicker than the 16 gauge 1.3mm Amazon basics speaker cable that I used, then you won't be able to get all the wires through the holes, so banana plug connections are the best option for this amp in my opinion. The power switch does seem a bit feeble, and I keep forgetting to turn it off cos the power light is so tiny and dull. Also, the 3.5mm full frequency out doesn't seem to send that much true bass to my 80w powered sub, and I have to turn the sub up to the max (which I would never normally need to do if using the RCA line outs from my old amp) to get any amount of bass coming through it. Another thing is that on the amp that Fosi sent me, the fixed notch points on the bass and treble knobs are both off-centre and the don't rest at the same points either (Refer to the attached photos). The volume button is irrelevant as it doesn't have a central notch point, it just happened to be in that position when I took the photos, but both the treble and bass knobs are shown sitting in their notch positions, I wasn't however too bothered as it's not a major issue, and I bought the amp when the price was reduced down to £93.49. I can't speak for the Bluetooth feature, as I haven't bothered using it yet. Although I've mentioned these negative points, all in all it's a lovely little amp, and over all I'm pleased with it.

Good Value
PROS - Drives my 100W speakers beautifully - A very discrete unit, fits in the palm of your hand - Easy to plug in and conceal if necessary - The case has a really good feel to it - Nice design and smooth corners - Has subwoofer connection to add bass should your speakers/setup require - Bluetooth connectivity excellent even when going downstairs with mobile in pocket (2-floor house) - Being able to disconnect the paired bluetooth device is a brilliant idea - Blue LED showing Bluetooth is paired - Red LED showing power on - Power adaptor has perfectly acceptable size - Midpoint knobs for treble and bass, allowing setting these at zero (brilliant feature) - Bass and treble controls produce excellent results in sound - Red volume knob of larger size - I'm sure there are many technical reasons why this is an excellent unit CONS - I do not have any issues with this product. SUGGESTIONS: - Provide rubber feet to install the unit vertically on its side (however anyone can get their own rubber feet or even velcro straps/adhesive velcro straps therefore CONCLUSION It's hard to think what else could be improved with this product (maybe create 10 or 15 case colours to suit the needs of customers whose audio setups need to sound as good as they look). I'll get rid of my Cambridge Audio amplifier as soon as I can because it's simply no longer necessary to have something of that size to drive my audio needs.

Fantastic but few faults. Hardly an upgrade
JUST GET THE BT20A! NOT THE PRO. Save yourself the extra money. Unless you NEED the higher power rating. I have owed both the BT20A and the PRO so here is a detailed breakdown on what the two can offer. Prior to owning this I had the BT20A. I enjoyed the metallic black colour and clean silver detailing. It gave a very premium feeling for the price you paid. However I had experienced a very loud buzzing which I assume was a fault with my device. Upgrading to the BT20A PRO fixed this issue but I feel like this is the only benefit it provided as compared to its former counterpart. The Bluetooth feature is problematic… The BT20A would only connect to devices when specified and allowed the user to fully control over the use of this feature. Now with the BT20A PRO, whenever the amp is turned on it will connect automatically to any paired device with no option to disconnect unless you manually turn off Bluetooth pairing. If a neighbour was to accidentally pair to your BT20A PRO there is no way to unpair the two devices from your control. And you would have no idea that someone else has paired to it either. Atleast with the BT20A all you had to do was turn the device off which would unpair all devices until actively re-paired. Now with the “PRO” you’ve have lost control as it chooses itself when to pair to a device. And it will pair to anything that has established a connection prior. I had tried removing the antenna but it seems that doesn’t stop the connection issue. The build quality is also unimpressive; one of the knobs on the AMP is loose and jiggles (see video)- something I didn’t have to deal with on the BT20A. This is something that wouldn’t bother me had I known less. But once again this seems like a considerable DOWNGRADE in build quality compared to the BT20A. However I do enjoy the locking mechanism that the dials have at 12 O’clock position. Ensuring that you are listening with standard EQs that studios intended for vinyl playing. The size is small, compact, and fits well to my needs on a limited surface. I thought something so small would have problems with shielding. This is not the case. Shielding also wasn’t a problem for the BT20A. The power rating allowed me to upgrade my speakers which is also very nice, but for vinyl listening, I would never use full volume. However the AMP came with a 32V/5A power adapter despite being rated for 48V/5A. Meaning you’ll have to purchase one yourself. The sound quality is amazing across both AMPs so either choice you make you will be satisfied. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and that it has fixed the issue I was experiencing with my faulty device. However had I not experienced the issue I would have been very satisfied with just the BT20A.

Brilliant Budget Audio
Having had a few different hifi setups in my time, I am pleasantly surprised by this latest purchase. I'll list some pros and cons and then give a bit more information about this Fosi Audio amplifier. Pros: - Size: I have a Denon amplifier and Mission bookshelf speakers. The Denon amplifier is amazing, but it's large and I haven't had enough space to put the amp and speakers together on a surface. It's probably the main reason I bought this product. It means I can still use my lovely mission speakers, and the speakers and Fosi amp all fit on a surface I have free. - Sound: If you are getting this, having never had a proper amp+speakers hifi setup, it's probably going to blow you away. The sound quality is very impressive for such a small unit. Having the treble and bass controls are a nice touch. Pair this little amp with some decent speakers and you'll be happy. For the price and considering the size, it's wonderful. - Bluetooth: Nowadays, for the sake of convenience, I use Bluetooth for my music often. Music does sound very good simply streamed from my phone through Bluetooth to the Fosi unit. There is an RCA out for any peripherals (such as a turntable or cd player etc). I haven't had any issues using the Bluetooth. -Build: The unit is made of metal. I've read some reviews mentioning the switches felt cheap or loose....maybe I'm lucky, but mine is fine. Great build quality and sturdy controls and ports. Cons: I can't really think of any. My Denon amp is a fair bit better than this unit in terms of sound and power output, but buying a new amp similar to my Denon unit would cost in excess of £300. And there isn't exactly a huge difference between them. This amplifier got my wonderful Mission speakers back into action and since I've had the amplifier, it's made listening to music really exciting again. I'd say it's good enough for bedrooms or small living rooms. If the room you have it in is particularly big, you may need something a little more powerful. Having a remote control would have been a nice addition. Ultimately, im really impressed with this. It's a quality audio product for not much money. Pair it with some quality speakers and you won't be disappointed.
