I was very disappointed with this product because it is not well made. It feels very unsteady and inexpensive. I requested to return it and will be charged a $60 shipping fee. Had I known it had a shipping fee for returns, I would not have purchased it. Also, the box was beat up and looked like it had been previously returned when I received it.

I'm not able to use it because of my hip but I did try it and I love it.I can't wait to have my hip surgery so I can use it

The product is easy to assemble and definitely helps burn calories. It's also loud, with metal scraping and other squeaky noises. I have to put a towel under it because it leaves a pile of metal shavings on the floor when I use it. I've been using it almost every day for about a month and today the digital counter stopped working. (If anyone knows how to fix it, feel free to reply.) I applied an amazon gift card to this, so it didn't cost me much, and I guess if I look at it that way, I got my money's worth. Still, it does do what it was designed to - provide a workout. A loud, messy workout of now indeterminate calorie burning amounts.

This is a great dupe. When you use it, you feel it and results are pretty quick. It's a bit jerky. A higher end version might feel smoother. I don't regret this purchase at all. Only issue I had, mine was definitely returned by someone else. All the zip ties were cut, (not by me, the cuts were nowhere near where I opened the box.) And the legs were wedged together so tightly I had to have someone come help me pry it open. Now mine is all scratched up and the finish is damaged badly. This doesn't change its performance and I'm rarely in the mood to return anything, especially something big. If you're considering this, its a solid purchase at a pretty great price.

The counter already q uit working and the plastic on cable has started comin off.i have had less a month.

I bought it because a more expensive one started screeching. Well this was even worse. One of the peices near the pedal was shedding plastic and it started screeching and would get stuck while trying to climb. This is what I get for trying to save money. Never again
