Q: What are these used for? Why do/did you take them?

I can only tell you the benefit that I personally find using this product. I'm 64 years old and I workout to stay in shape. Nothing heavy at my age, more like an endurance workout with weights. I pop 3 of these about 30 minutes pre workout and I never seem to run out of air. It's amazing!

Q: What are the ingredients in these? do they contain gluten? fillers? what are the capsules made from?

It doesn't say anything about being gluten free and I have celiac. I believe now that this product is giving me a stomach ache when I take a couple of capsules.
