I ordered the rings all in size 7, when upon arrival I realized that they only fit one of my fingers, and not even the one I intended to wear them on. I scanned the code on the paper that was included with the order, and within 5 minutes I was able to select 3 new rings with individual sizing; for absolutely free! I’m able to keep my initial order, and get 3 “new” different sized rings, and only have to pay for shipping. Super streamlined, easy to use. Great customer support, highly recommend the rings themselves as well (very comfortable and look great)

Update: after discussing my issues the seller wished to Make It Right, I was offered a great deal on them. I told them I loved the rings so they offered another size and sent me a one size up, unfortunately it was too loose, I told them that and they then asked me how they could help, I told them I had lost one of my original, thinner Infinity rings, same maker and they offered me a full set of those, so I chose four colors and they sent me them at no charge. I then received not 4 but 5 rings, WOW! Talk about customer service, they didn't want me to be disappointed. As far as these dual colored rings they are very nice and they WILL stretch over time and be more comfortable, they are a bit thicker thand the single color ones. I just might give the larger size away to a friend so I can spread the good word about these rings, thanks again Lilsy!! This is my second time ordering this type of ring from Rinfit. The first set was a single layer of silicone and true to size and worked great until I lost one, so I ordered these. The fit is right on the money, feels great I'm a little disappointed in the black one as there is a bunch of black silicone showing on the white ridge that will not come off unless I try to cut it and I'm afraid to do that. I would have gave it five stars if it wouldn't have this flaw.Update: after wearing one for 2 full days, they are bit tighter than the other ones that are thinner. I am a little disappointed in them.

I've had this ring for a little over a month and the comfort is such that I sometimes forget I have it on. This is a welcome change from my previous tungsten carbide ring, which definitely feels weighty by comparison. What prompted me to write this review however is that I had to contact customer service because I ordered a size too big. Not only were they quick to respond, but they made it right, and I now have the right fit, so much so that I sometimes forget about it.

I purchased these to wear to work. I do industrial maintenance and I have destroyed 2 really nice rings. These guys are tough hold up through all the work I do.and they look decent.

The rings seemed to be sturdy. After wearing for a couple hours, one of them came apart with very minimal pressure. The other two have been just fine. I hope the two good ones last. The fit is good, just not sure about the overall quality.Update: The customer service was extremely prompt and professional about this issue. They are sending me a replacement right away. 100% recommend this product!

The rings are a good fit and option at a great price. However they didn't work for me. After week 2 my hand started to peel and it eventually swell up well ring lays. I tried to post enough photos for clarification. I made sure to dry my ring finger and wipe out the ring after I came in contact with water but it didn't help. I enjoyed it while it lasted.

Ring fits well and comfortably. Looks high quality. Not weird extra silicone molding on the edges, great colour and quality. Would recommend

Despite carefully measuring my husband's ring finger, these rings were at least a size bigger than stated in the chart (they fit his thumb/middle finger). The company does not honour their free exchange policy if you don't live in the US.

I bought a set for hubby - according to their sizing chart, but the ring was too big. When I contacted them about changing it, they were really fast to say they only rectify sizes within the USA.So now I’m sitting with 3 rings that are too big. I’ll never order this brand again.

Colour was good and felt nice while wearing it.
