From good to bad.
This was my 3rd purchase. While the 1st was great (bought it for £119) this time the quality went downhill. Hair quality was poor and very fragile. The worst thing is that the price jumped from £119 to £145... now £160! It’s a joke and absolute greed.

Not even the right hair system
I received this today and it was not the system I paid for. This was not even a skin base it had clips. Can’t even get a new one sent out until I send it back which is a disgrace. Was looking forward to trying this now I may not even bother. The instructions are for the one I should have received not for the one I actually did receive. Can’t do anything with it as it was not the item advertised at all

Good product, maybe not 100% perfect as real hair on your head but it works.Its can take some time to cut and shape it to your head and you need to be careful how to cut the hair to fit your style.First time user/beginner it will not be perfect, you will cut wrong and make some mistake but you learn from it,Depends how luckyThat's why i will order it again so I can cut and fix it so its fits perfect on my head.

Crap...
Horrible.I could of saved money for my client & collected roadkill & stuck it on his head!1- when shampooed it just turned into a big know.2- it was impossible 2 style.3- the colour was jet black & not 1b like stared.

Not what I was expecting
I bought this one, unfortunately about 1 month later all the hair was coming out of the base.Maybe this one was damaged in some how, I will buy another one so I can test it out. Very cheap!

Good hair with a horrible front line.
While the hair piece came with very little hair and not meeting my expectations, the team sorted the issue out for me and promised to look into how to better improve the next batches. This proved they value their customers and want to provid the best product possible.
