Works like a charm!
It is cheap yes, but very durable and well made. I wouldn’t pay more than 30 for rope, lead weights and line so it was a great deal. I caught loads of bait fish my first day! And was even able to catch some schooling cats in a Lake Michigan harbor. If I was on the ocean I might think about a larger one but since I stick to lakes and streams this one is perfect for me. I recommend practice before you hit the water so you don’t miss any fish. Good luck y’all!

Casting With Ease
This cast net is fantastic! It opens up perfectly and throws like a dream, even for someone who’s not a pro. The weights are evenly distributed, and the mesh is strong and durable. I’ve caught bait consistently with minimal effort since switching to this net. Whether you're out on the water every weekend or just occasionally, this is a must-have. Highly recommend for both beginners and experienced anglers!

Great, consistent, and affordable.
It was easy to use once you got the hang of it, consistent cast, and it was also affordable and worked so I would most definitely recommend this item! It tore a little when caught on a rock (which is my fault) but was also easy to fix using fishing line.

DO NOT BUY! Sinkers rust on first use in salt water.
TERRIBLE - in all my life have I ever had the lead or zinc sinkers completely rust out.I have used this net one time in salt water and it has made a rusty mess on my white fiberglass boat after a few days.I could not be more angry. Whatever you do - DO NOT BUY THIS NET.SELLER - Feel free to contact me to make this right. My daughter bought this for me with great intentions and now feel disappointed and mad at the false claims to be zinc sinkers.

Great for all ages!
Perfect small cast net! This size is easy for my boys (9 and 12) to manage. It comes with a small live well which is nice! Great price compared to nets we priced in stores locally!

It works, but poor quality
Nice low price, and it does work. But after a few times using it the string holding the weights started coming apart. So I had to re-tie a bunch of that. Then the yoke came apart. I was able to get it snapped back together before the net came apart. I’ve had to repair many holes. Most from small snags, but if you catch anything bigger than a pound or so it will start tearing its way through the net because the webbing is very weak. I’m still using it, but I’m constantly repairing holes. And the weights are not zinc. They are steel with a very light coating of zinc. Starting to rust already

Tons of fun for my grandson!
My grandson is having a blast with this net! We got it for him to use at the lake where we camp. He just wanted to try something besides fishing with a pole. He struggled a little learning how to throw it, but had fun trying. After a while, he got pretty good at it! And imagine his surprise when he caught a big ol fish! OK, it was a dogfish, but he didn’t care. He was still so excited!Im very impressed with the quality. A few times we had to pull pretty hard to get it untangled from some branches, but it never tore! And for the price, if it did, we could afford to get another one. Which we’ll probably do when his younger brother gets a little older!

Piss poor quality
The braille line gets hung up on the net every time it’s cast. The weights are laughable low quality steel that weighs nothing so it doesn’t sink fast enough, the net materials feels like I can tear it with my bare hands this is definitely not a saltwater cast net with this low quality. Only thing good about this net is the length u can throw it out far but its useless I have 5 other cast nets and this is the only one that will not open correctly I have been trying different throws for a few days to have the same results the light weights cause it to open on the throw then close mid air. Don’t waste money on this net not even worth saving a few bucks you’ll just end up wasting it luckily I can salvage the horn and main line for another net I have otherwise i just wasted time and money on something the Chinese sweat shops could have done a better job at
