Diagnosed with gallbladder disjunction, instead of having surgery I asked for a supplement and this was recommended. It works fairly well mind you it's not perfect but my diarrhea events went WAY DOWN. Definitely take it during the meal or directly after. No weird taste either. GOOD VALUE

I too dont have a gallbladder and never was informed I would have to supplement my biles and digestive enzymes after the lose of my organ. I have noticed a improvement in my stomach acids and not needing my rx Gerd medicine as much. Less stomach pains after eating proteins and oils and slowly added ox bile with this and have noticed my weight is shifting in a positive direction as well. The lower dose helps with starting out. I have tried and failed other higher doses of ox bile by itself and had horrible herd and stomach pains. This time I started with this for 2 wks and after improvements & no negatives to report I added Betaine hcl as recommended by another helpful reviewer for another wk, then added the ox bile low dose 125mg and BINGO! Perfect Tri-fecta 👌 effective but you must eat a little food and THEN take because if you take the ox bile at the end of your meal, it will bubble up. It only took one time to make that mistake and I didnt ever again. Now I have the support I need to break down the fatty meals, regulate proteins and has stopped the greasy stools. I no longer get the spasms of my liver either so I hope the fatty infiltration will in time be resolved as well. Great value for a healthy journey if you no longer have a gallbladder

Can't go without this Ox Bile. I have had my gallbladder removed. I had bloating and digestive issues. It took me a while to figure when n how much to take and now my bloating is gone. I feel normal again. Be patient when figuring out when to take. I don't need to take my GERD anymore. Believe me it.works. Highly recommend.

Hilft mir bei der Fettverdauung Hatte mir die Kapseln bestellt weil ich vor einem halben Jahr meine Gallenblase raus bekommen habe und seitdem immer Probleme hatte wenn ich was Fettiges gegessen habe. Mein Arzt meinte dass das normal ist weil die Galle jetzt nicht mehr richtig gespeichert wird und hat mir geraten sowas wie Ochsengalle zu probieren. Ehrlich gesagt war ich erst skeptisch ob das überhaupt was bringt, aber nach ein paar Tagen merkte ich schon einen Unterschied. Ich nehme meistens eine Kapsel zu fetthaltigen Mahlzeiten, also wenn es Braten gibt oder Pizza oder sowas. Seitdem habe ich deutlich weniger Beschwerden. Früher hatte ich nach so einem Essen oft Durchfall oder Bauchkrämpfe, das ist jetzt viel besser geworden. Die Kapseln sind relativ groß muss ich sagen, aber ich bekomme sie mit einem Schluck Wasser runter. Sie haben keinen besonderen Geruch oder Geschmack was ich gut finde. Die Dose mit zweihundertvierzig Stück hält bei mir ewig weil ich ja nicht zu jeder Mahlzeit eine nehme, vielleicht ein bis zwei am Tag. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist damit eigentlich ganz gut. Was ich auch gut finde ist dass keine unnötigen Zusatzstoffe drin sind laut Etikett. Ist halt wirklich nur die Ochsengalle und die Kapselhülle. Habe keine Nebenwirkungen bemerkt bisher. Für Leute die ähnliche Probleme mit der Fettverdauung haben kann ich die auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Hat mir persönlich echt geholfen wieder normaler essen zu können ohne ständig Angst vor den Folgen haben zu müssen.
