Did it come with the stuffed elephant?

No, it only comes with the things in the description and shown in the picture with the ballon measurements. Hope this helps :). It’s super cute though.

Does the arch come in various pieces? Could I make this the night before and travel with it in car the following day?

It took 2 hours with 2 people and an electric balloon inflator to do my arch. You can make it as big or as small as you like. The balloons are placed on a tape that has holes that the knots fit in. I didn’t travel with it but it may be hard to fit finished arch in a small or mid size car. It looks beautiful when assembled. Good Luck to you.

Is this product latex free?

Since this information isn’t included in the product description I would send the vendor a message. They have the look and feel of what I would consider latex. If you have an allergy I would most definitely speak to a vendor. The balloons are really pretty and this is easy to blow up w a pump and arrange them to your needs. We are glad we purchased. They were still pretty up until baby was born so we used them outside to announce he had arrived and as a pretty welcome home.
