I'm a long-term sufferer of ME/ CFS and have tried almost everything under the sun, especially for pain. Triptans, opiods, and the usual Big Pharma poisons prescribed by the GP have little effect on my pain. This oil of oregano has definite results in both reducing pain but also the duration of acute symptoms. Instead of a 3 day migraine, I may get half a day of reduced pain if I catch it early enough. Joint pain is about 80% better using the Zane Hellas. Gut problems also improved slightly. I'm taking 8 drops a day and doubling that up with acute symptoms.One of less than a handful of things that have genuinely helped me in these past 20 years, the others being Ashwaghanda, Vitamin C in high doses and maybe magnesium and LDN (Low Dose Naltrexone). I have been using Zane Hella products for a number of years and particularly their wild oregano oil. There is no comparison between the strength of their oregano oil in comparison to others on the market. A bit expensive

This oregano oil is the best! Its high carvacrol level makes it a natural antibiotic. I cannot tolerate allopathic antibiotics well, so this has been a godsend. During the “WhateverThisReallyIs” this product was on call at the first sign of a bit of a stuffed nose, scratchy throat, sinus headache. I took it immediately when I thought something was brewing. Four drops (as suggested) in a teaspoon of ingestible virgin coconut oil (yes, it makes your eyes water a bit as it’s strong...so have some water ready as a chaser) were all that was needed to wipe out the signs of a cold or flu. This with a packet of Emergen-C in a glass of orange juice to support it worked wonders. Of course, I also took my normal dailies without fail: liposomal dose of Vit C, Zinc, Quercetin, Vitamin D. Do NOT buy a cheaper oregano oil when your health is at stake. Zane’s is the highest quality possible. It will always be a staple on my health and wellness shelf. Superb product!
