Low quality and damaged
Product is very low quality. Received the item today and it was dirty, had pulls and was just overall low quality.

The rug was dirty in areas due to holes in packaging. Had to purchase carpet cleaner to get out spots. Not happy with this purchase!! I am requesting at least 1/3 of the price returned for this inconvenience. Thank you!
