I gave these teapot sugars to a tea-loving friend and plan to buy more for a shower. They have been quite a hit!

Mostly broken

I hosted a Bridgerton tea party and this was a precious little detail to have out for my guests. I tend to have impromptu tea parties frequently so this was a nice little conversation piece that stretched out over multiple visits. I thought it was a great value and majority of them were in perfect condition. It was packaged carefully.

Unfortunately, this item is marked as not returnable or replaceable.Some of the little teapot sugar cubes won’t be able to be used because they have been broken and are in crumbles. It’s hard to say exactly how many are broken without opening the box, which I won’t be doing until it’s time to serve them, but it’s pretty obvious that at least a few have been broken. It’s disappointing, but I will have to make do. Otherwise, they are very cute.

This product is pricey, but I splurged because it could be a cute gift. However, the product arrived with all the teapots stuck together in one corner like humidity had affected them. Most of the spouts are broken. The window is cloudy. I can’t use this as a gift. If they are asking this kind of price, they should ensure better packaging.!!!!!!UPDATE—When I tried to return this item, I am repeatedly sent to a troubleshooting page for electric tea kettles. NO apparent way to initiate a return and refund. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT.

Sadly, they arrived loose, unprotected, in a box with other items, and were pretty much all broken up. If they would have arrived as pictured, they would have been beautiful. I was unable to use them for the event I planned on using them.
