This works super well for me with piriformis syndrome and an arthritic hip. The foam is dense and not too soft and it cushions my glute and hip perfectly. Normally I can't sit for more than about 15 minutes in a desk chair but with this I can sit for about 45 without much pain. I also like that the outside cover is not slippery; another one I have has a velvety cover that I slide right off of.

My husband uses this cushion on his dining chair and he loves it. He reads the newspapers on his computer so will sit for quite a while and the support in this cushion he says is just great ! It runs true to size and is very supportive of his lower back.

I just ordered my 4th pad. I use them on my wheelchairs, and in my new car. These pads are able to relieve the pain that I have on my tailbone so that I am comfortable wherever I sit. I recommend these to anyone with issues of pain where you sit for a long time.

I liked this so much I have one in each vehicle & in my office - the places that I sit for any long periods. It has helped with lower back & hip pain. And I like sitting a little higher in vehicles.This is quite sturdy. I’ve used them for several years with no change in support. No signs of wear & tear either. This is great value for the price - many other options are a lot more expensive. It fits comfortably - just get it centered in your seat & sit. Easy peasy.

This cushion works okay but it pushes me too forward in my vehicle, as do most cushions like this and I was hoping it wouldn't. I don't use it the entire time I'm driving on a long trip and was only intended to be used to change the position of my back after about 90 minutes of driving assuming I'm driving at least another 30-60 minutes longer. Although I would not buy this again I do think it's one of the better seat cushions on the market.How I review:When I review a product said product automatically starts with four stars as I rarely will purchase anything below four stars. I then add and/subtract stars based on certain criteria as listed below.1. If an item is exactly what I expected and nothing more it will receive a four star rating2. If an item surpasses my expectations it will gain a star3. If an item goes slightly below my expectations it will lose a star4. If the instructions for the product (if needed) are poorly written (hard to understand due to language issues or grammar) or just too hard to follow it will lose a star no matter if the product meets or exceed my expectations5. If a product is significantly below my expectations I will deduct two stars6. It will be rare that I would give a product one star since I buy mostly items that have a 4+ rating but in rare instances there may be a good reason that even a four star product gets a one star rating from me. It could be because of customer service issues from the company but whatever the case is I will clearly explain my reason for giving a product only one star

The best lumbar support pillow on the market.

Let me start by saying this is the second time I purchased this product. I bought the Medium size for my husbands gaming chair last year (gamers sit on their a** for hours iykyk) and a year later he's had zero complaints. I now needed one for myself and my small chair in my crafting room. I figured I may as well upgrade hubby to the Large squared size and keep his old Medium contoured one.The LARGE is a complete joke of a seat cushion. you can immediately feel the difference between the two sizes, the Medium has that gel-memory foam feel (super comfy) and the Large is literally just a slab of foam. Not gel foam, not memory foam, just basic foam. As in you may as well go to a craft store, buy a piece of foam for $10, sit on it and this will have felt the same. Just to make sure I wasn't crazy I unzipped the two and saw the difference. The Medium that I already own is made from one big piece of high density foam, the LARGE is literally an inch of super cheap feeling "memory foam" layered on top of regular cheap foam. You can see this in the pictures I attached. Absolutely ridiculous. NOT even close to worth $35 when you can sit on a throw pillow and you'd be better off. I will definitely be returning the large I just purchased. So upsetting and extremely disappointing to see the huge difference between two products from the SAME seller with exact SAME descriptions. What happened to the consistency?? Save your money and look elsewhere.The two cushions in the pictures are the Medium I got a year ago (excuse the stains) and the Large I just purchased (why this one is stained when it's supposedly brand "new" I have zero clue)Below is my original review from a year ago which naturally I had to update due to the issue above.Purchased this for my husbands gaming chair. He's currently spending hours on hours sitting playing Halo trying to achieve a goal that requires him to sit for hours and ignore me apparently. His chair has a decent cushion but he claims this baby has been great for lower back support. He used to experience aching to the lower back and tail bone however this little guy has changed his life. He weighs 215lbs and again can sit on it all day and it won't flatten out. Keeps it's shape. Pretty good value for money I'd say. I might just get one for myself to sit on everywhere I go.
