These grinding discs are a game changer for grinding welds in auto motive coach work. You can concentrate on weld without involving patent metal. To get close to panels. As you spot weld panel together you can grind welds close so you can planish area as you fit panel in place allowing you to keep a filler rod sized gap. Will update with photos.

These are the trick for grinding down welds on auto panel repair.. The are super agressive so they make quick work of the welds but offer a ton of control so you can make sure your removing the weld and not too much material from the panel itself... If you've been sing 2 and 3" sanding pads to knock welds down stop wasting your time and damaging your panels..

Great product , it’s 3M which I believe translates to three times the price . But it works well so I can’t complain . Sure I can buy cheaper , and change them out 4 or 5 more times .
