Perfect Addition to Any Spice Cabinet
Great spice to add to any kitchen cabinet. Grains of Selim adds zest to both savory and sweet dishes and drinks, and it's healthy too. Aromatic, peppery, citus notes and a deep smokiness that's hard to describe. I usually roast on top the stove before using to bring out all of its characters. No roasting is great too. Try on steak before grilling or fish. Awesome spice, arrived well packed and in good condition.
