reliable tire inflating
I always keep two in my pack along with the Portland Shiny Object inflator and Blackburn micro pump to get the tire started after a flat. It takes two to fill a 2.35" MTB tire but totally worth the convenience, especially on night rides. The threaded style along with the adjustability of the Portland inflator make a great combo for anyone who rides often.

a MUST HAVE
priced right, and good quality, if you really ride a bike a lot you need these, great for instant inflations on the side of the road or trail! these have kept me from walking home a number of times when i got a flat add a patch kit, a couple tire irons, and an inflator, and you can fix about any tire issue anywhere, even when there is no air hose available, these are a must have and usually sell for about 3.00 EACH in a store

Good priced threaded cyclinders for bike inflators.
If you need CO2 cartridges for an inflator (I recommend the Lezyne Alloy Drive inflator, with its snazzy alloy case for the cylinder and adjustable valve), I recommend these. In a large size box like this, I don't expect to run out anytime soon, as I use the CO2 inflator for emergencies only. If time permits, I use the pump in all my bike kits. A pump works better long term, as CO2 leaks quickly from a tire. When used, I always drain the CO2 and refill with compressed air once home. Just note that they are threaded (some inflators use threaded and others non-threaded cylinders).

Good product
I purchased these for the Pet Convincer and they work great in it. The threaded cartridge is threaded well and is not difficult to screw into the device. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they did not come in a box as shown, they were loose in another box with a few styrofoam "peanuts" in with them.

Great for scuba signalling buoy
My husband is a scuba diver and must use a scuba signalling buoy while diving. It requires a CO2 cartridge to inflate. We recently went to Florida for Spring Break and he used 4 cartridges without any issue. They fully inflated his buoy. I checked many web sites and companies from which to purchase these cartridges and this was the best value. We can recommend them without hesitation.

I have heard that this is why some people like to carry a 25g cartridge
I was finally able to try these out when I got a flat last week. These work well with a CO2 bike pump and quick inflated a tube. One cartridge was enough for a 700 x 23 tube to 90+ psi, and I had some gas to spare in the cartage after. The pump wouldn't fit back into my saddlebag connected to the pump, so I am not sure how much more gas was in the cartridge, although I don't think it would be a problem inflating up to a 700 x 28 tube, but not so sure how much bigger it could inflate. I have heard that this is why some people like to carry a 25g cartridge, but these worked out fine for road bike tubes.

Not made in China
When I received these I immediately noticed the nice finishing job done on them. They look like they were made with some caring about craftsmanship. Then I found the reason: They are made in Japan instead of China, where they make stuff that barely functions and looks like it was made as a second thought. One set of cartridges I got from Amazon had roughness in the threads and I had to thread them through a steel bolt just to make sure they would thread onto the dispenser when I was stuck with a flat out on a ride. These are well crafted with no problem in the threads. Of course it's the performance in delivering CO2 that's the primary objective, and these do that well. It's just nice to see something that's well crafted for a change.
