Wonderful. We have only had it in for a few days, I will update my review if anything changes.The hardest thing about installing this assembly was getting my old dang shower arm off.The instructions are greatThe packaging was very very secure. Absolutely no damage, each piece was carefully packed, and the packaging was recyclable in my area!!The only problem I had was that I forgot to put the soap dish on! It isn't written into the instructions, so I'm here to say when you take it out of the box- take off the adjustable wand mount, slide the soap dish on, then put back the wand mount- before any other step.However with this information, I want to iterate that this was so easy to install, after I had the whole thing together on the wall, it only took me a whole minute to take the thing back apart, put the dish on, and put it back together.Anyway:First impressions- it's large! Lovely finish, smooth functional joints (in the showerhead and diverter), impeccable craftsmanship in manufacturing.Second impressions- it's like a dang spa in my crappy shower. It makes the whole rest of my bathroom look like trash comparatively. I was afraid of the switch between the rainfall head and my old high pressure 1000 spray pattern shower head. I was not disappointed. It felt like love raining down on my head. I was so distracted by how awesome it was, I used body wash to condition my hair. After I had already used conditioner to condition my hair.ONE of the best features that I have found so far, is that the 5th setting on the wand is "off". Which confused me at first. It is so useful to not have to reach up to turn the water off or switch it back to the showerhead to stop the wand momentarily. I can't believe I haven't had one that's done this! Gone are the days of wrestling my dog and dropping the wand only to have it spray straight up and all over the floor.Love love love it.

Worked great for a couple of months then it started leaking water bad from the shower head when you use the hand sprayer. I tried to tighten the valve but it still leaks, it will not shut off the flow of water to the shower head when you try to only use the hand sprayer. This is an issue if you are trying to use only the hand sprayer and do not want to get wet. I have sent an email to Homelody customer service, I will re-evaluate the review based on the response I get from the company! Till then buy at your own risk!1/19/24 - Update review - customer service has been great and replaced the shower system at no charge! Will follow up after new shower installed and had some time to see how it works!3/5/24 - It has been over a month and the Shower System is still working great no leaks! Awesome customer service

I don’t often write lengthy reviews but I felt I needed to reward this company for how they handled my interaction. I purchased this unit in December 2019 and installed in January 2020. After about 1 month the rain head became detached where the top meets the bottom. So I wrote the company to report the issue. They replied within hours and asked that I send photos which I did. I was expecting to get the rain head replaced with a potentially still defective one, but instead they sent an entire new unit. I was still worried that the same issue would happen again, but it looks visually different than the defective one and I strongly believe they resolved the engineering issue That caused the separation. I installed the new unit and it’s been working great for 6 months now. It was extremely easy to install and the water pressure and functionality are great.This company exceeded my expectations when there was an issue with their product and corrected an engineering defect instead of just selling bad product. I would certainly purchase their products in the future, just knowing how they resolve issues gives me peace of mind that they stand behind their products.

did not assemble very well. had small plastic part broken off inside at valve.. makes water not completely shut off when switching from wand to rain head.. Even then it STILL WORKS fine, and the overhead shower is very nice

Installed quickly, however, water does not come out of the top shower head. Water did come out of handheld shower head.Also when trying to disassemble unit to box up and return, the head of one allen screw was striped after I tightened it during assembly. Had to drill it out to get unit back into the original packing box

Parts appear to be solid and good quality for the money. First, make sure it will fit.I've got a new home build (2018) and it fits with no problem. Top center of vertical rod (house water line) to center of lower anchor is 27 inches. With the decorative top and bottom caps, it's 29 inches. Packaging of parts was topnotch with no damage. Installation was also very straightforward. Only had a few minor issues during installation. 1. Make sure to push the brass fitting completely into your house water line before tightening the set screws. 2. Make sure to tighten BOTH set screws on the overhead shower arm. Finally, instead of anchoring the bottom of the assembly with screws into the tile, I peeled the thin plastic protective film off the round lower anchor and used some Gorilla Super Glue instead. It hasn't moved at all. Excellent water pressure and the top/bottom or both diverter works great. Overall I'm very satisfied.

First , we had to use a different size plumbing nipple Got it at Lowe’s pretty easy. Directions pretty clearIt works great The rain head part is nice but does not have a lot of pressure , due to size of head I think.But I can wash my hair under it. The hand held has lots,f pressure and has different spray settings. My only complaint about it , is the way it sits up on the mounting spot, a bit wobbly. But all in all we put it in our new master ceramic shower and it looks good and am quite happy with it. For the price , good buy
