Some Questions are really creative and requires brain storming and some are like rapid fire. This book is perfect for anyone above the age of 17. Any gender will love this book. I want to let you know what kind of questions are asked but that will just kill the fun. The only issue is the book requires a lock because the questions are extremely personalI would rate this book a 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Because such intimate book requires a lock and you don’t want anyone to read your life story

The media could not be loaded. I was going through a tough time last month and this book really helped me pull through as I answered the questions and got all my thoughts together on paper. I would totally recommend it. It was also very fun and enlightening to learn more about myself.

I bought this for my sister to introduce her to journaling. She absolutely loves the concept. I wish it had more activities for the price it asks.

It is worth the money it's very relaxing,if you are searching for a new way of journaling its for you i would recomend it to anyone it personally greatly helped my mental health

I wanted this book since February and it's finally... here.... I love loveeee it..!! 🤍 I'm someone who takes a lot of care of their books so there should've been another cover inside the Amazon plastic packaging coz my book slightly got dirty and torn at the edges... Otherwise I love itt..!!

A literal journey with your inner self. It was a wonderful experience. I absolutely recommend to everyone, this book.
