Overall size is true to fit. Overall comfortable and very shiny and sharp. Wore them for about 3 hours and was decently comfortable. Would recommend

Like most people, I bought these for a costume accessory. However, I may have to find occasions to wear them, they're that good. The packaging, for starters, was impressive- the mailing box was stuffed with airbags to cushion the shoe box, which held the shoes in individual wrappings of plastic and tissue paper. Insides were stuffed with cardboard formers and MORE tissue paper. Began to wonder if there were any shoes...Finally found the shoes- they fit great. I wear a 10.5, so I got the 10-11 and they're roomy without being too large. Dress socks are perfect, but for someone with smaller feet, go with an athletic sock to fill out the shoe a bit.The patent leather gives it a real dapper finish, and they REALLY stand out. Tried them on with my suit and they look GREAT- much better than the faux spats I had bought previously.The ONLY gripe I have is the laces- they're robust as you see in the ad photo, not the thin laces you normally see with dress shoes. Don't know if that's historically accurate or just the shoe company...may swap them for dress laces, I haven't decided yet.Overall though, they look great, fit great, and the quality seems very nice- especially for the price!

The shoes are definitely costume quality, which means not very comfortable at all. However, for the price, they worked perfectly for the 1920's themed party we attended. I'd recommend ordering at least a half size larger than you normally wear, for added comfort.NOTE: This product was a personal purchase for myself at the normal retail price. I ordered them a little larger because some reviews said they ran small...they didnt...I should've ordered my regular size and I would have been all set. The return process was simple and "Celebrate Express" was great in taking them back (unworn of course)I would buy these shoes again. They would put the final touch on a gangster costume for sure. Keep in mind these are costume shoes...not "real" specatator shoes like from the 20's.

I bought these shoes so I could wear them on rare occasions because I loved the style. I never expected the quality I would get. For the price, these shoes are great quality. The soles of the shoes would be my only complaint, because they look cheap. However, after wearing the shoes I found they were comfortable and great looking. The size was spot on as well. I usually wear a 10.5 mens and the 10-11 size fits great. If you're looking for a good deal, I would recommend these.

Bought these and it wasn't until I received them that I saw they were flat nosed shoes. The picture, in my opinion, should be clearer in order to get a better idea about what you are buying.

Husband wore these for our wedding. They were nice looking, but he said they were uncomfortable.

Very stylish for costume shoes, but they are very tiring to wear and have no support.They won't last more than two or three wearings.
