Radiator fit like a glove!!!! Only issue was the alignment of a lower support bracket didn’t stay in place. Still a nice fit.

Fit my 2000 Mazda B2500. Was such an easy install. I did a full coolant flush and changed the thermostat. The radiator is held in by (2) 10mm bolts and the clamps the the hoses. Piece of cake. My truck is a manual and NOT an automatic and did not use the oil cooler built into the radiator. The stock radiator does not have the oil reservoir, which kinda threw me off at first. A simple internet search and i learned... no big deal, just do not use it and keep it capped. This does make the radiator volume a tad bit smaller. Again no big deal. The cooling system on these trucks are very basic and work well for the small 4cyl engine. Love it and very economical. Hope this helps, good luck.

Edit: 6 months, zero issues. It’s summer time now, so the radiator is getting worked hard. So good so far. Installed the all aluminum version of this radiator in a 1992 yj wrangler with 4.0L. I saw mixed reviews about leaks, cheaply built, etc. but decided to try it. Install was easy. Bolt holes were in exact OE position and thread, however I had to trim some of the mounting shroud as it is spec for a TJ rather than a YJ. No biggie. Construction is definitely of cheaper feel and quality but so far no leaks in the radiator or cooler. The radiator cap that came with it was very cheap so I used my old one with no issue. Beyond the build quality, it cools very well and better than OE. As of writing this review it is winter in my region and my thermostat opens and closes repeatedly on my commute to work because the radiator is cooling the engine so much. Not the case for my old radiator (OE TJ radiator w/plastic end caps) Since my wrangler is a manual, I plumbed the power steering into the built in radiator/transmission cooler. It is operating with no issues. Overall I had my reservations but so far it’s working great. I will update this review with anything I find with this radiator.

DO NOT USE THIS RADIATOR! The hose attachments do not have enough lip and your hose clamps will come off. This happened to me three times and the truck pumped out all of the transmission fluid. I fixed it by using two screw tightened hose clamps. Buy an OEM radiator and save yourself the trouble and worry.
