These did help with the twinges I was experiencing in m back. However, I think a larger ball would be better for the larger back muscles. Really solid, nice quality.

Physical Therapist recommended "rolling out" my feet with a ball for fatigue and arch cramps. Can use a tennis ball but Lacrosse balls are much more firm. My dog doesn't care to share his Lacrosse ball so I searched here for my own. This is really neat. The double ball "barbell" lets me roll out both feet at the same time. And not just for the feet. I can see this being extra relief on shoulders and neck and lower back. Will be able to massage both sides of the spine, too, without trying to wrangle two separate balls. Comes in nice, heavy duty, reusable plastic zip bag and includes a drawstring bag for storage, plus tri-fold massage points reference for use. Not a hard plastic exterior, soft to touch silicone feel. Good quality and price. I am ordering another to give to my parents. I definitely recommend this, if you are looking for a better Lacrosse ball for fascia release and massage.

My physical therapist used one of these on me in his office to help relieve neck and head tension, so I ended up purchasing one for myself to use at home. This little device works great! Iv'e been having a lot of tension in my neck due to poor posture/ computer work, where I am looking down a lot. Using this helped alleviate that tension and really dig into the problem spots on my head. It's durable and small enough to take with me if I ever need to. It is comfortable to use and comes with some notations of how you can use it in other ways, which is helpful.

Not as big as other peanut rollers. Plus, they're blue.

It you have a physical therapy assignment using two balls, close together, in my case moving them up and down my spine, these are ideal. The balls have the slightest surface compressibility and give the impression of being very firm. They come permanently joined, so there is no concern about how to tape two balls together for the assignment. I'm using them on my upper back, loosening muscles. I like the results. So far I can't imagine having need to clean them frequently -- they come with a storage bag -- but the instructions sound very simple. They do not emit any scent. I'm very happy with them -- I definitely would order them again.

Good quality and affordable! I get really tight through my whole backside of my body and I can use it to really get deep into the muscles of my back and legs. It hurts, but afterwards I feel a lot less tense :)

Brilliant- gets right in to the paraspinal muscle tension. I used to use 2 tennis balls taped together but this is so much more effective.

This massage ball works well to relieve my foot neuropathy.

Better than any foam roll I've ever used. The rubber ball is quite firm which relieves a lot of muscle tension on my back and shoulders.
