Great replacement for a unit by another manufacturer that had failed repeatedly. This was easier to install and has not failed, even after an 1168 mile ride. No regrets. I’m happy to be able to properly tow again.

Like the plug and play, but when I hook up the trailer I have to switch one plug to the Harley plug , the in unhook the trailer and connect the original plug back. Other than that works great

Works very well. Has PLENTY of cabling, which is a plus. Significantly more than I needed. But you can cut cable; stretching it or soldering on new cable is a bit more complicated. Happy to have more.My beefs, if any, with this are that the Relays are not replaceable. Instead of a relay socket, this is a relay with the wiring soldered and sealed in. This means if one of these relays fails, the entire harness will need to be replaced. That's a bummer. But I'm not anticipating a failure.Along with the 5-to-4 converter (which is plug-n-play with this unit) from Kuryakyn, I have a great trailer wiring setup for the long haul!

This really is a complete plug -&-play harness. Instructions were complete, well written and easy to understand. Plenty (almost to much) wire to modify to fit bikes with accessories. Just finished the install and I'm 100% satisfied. No miles ridden yet with a trailer connected so we'll see how it goes then.

I installed this on my vw eos car. I tow a tent trailer designed to be towed by a motorcycle. I have the plug and play module by kuryakyn for my 2010 softail. Using it on a car required electrical knowledge, adaptability, and some luck. As advertised, the product works perfectly, is durable, and reliable.

when I properly installed the wiring harness to my bike electronic control box was buzzing technical support told me it was no good and I could send it back the problem is is that I made it fit my bike I do mechanical work and electrician work and all that so I know everything was hooked up to their specifications but the guy wanted to keep saying well because you hacked the wires and changed it which I had to to fit my bike because they send a harness with a big wad of s*** that you don't need and there's no room on a Harley-Davidson to add 5 extra feed a wiring so I do not recommend this product because I do not stand behind their product even if it's no good

I took this Kuryakyn 7673 plug and the Kuryakyn 7675 plug and used them on my 2001 Goldwing. It was easy to install, but you need to read the instructions well, a couple of times. I didn't realize that the 7675 plugs in first and the 7673 plugs in to the 7675. I couldn't figure out where the 7675 plugged in until I read the instructions for about the 10th time. Then the light went off in my head, Duhhh! Great product. A little pricy but worth the trouble.

Everything is plug and play like advertised, however it does not have the 5 way plug included. I had to go to AutoZone and buy the part that was missing so I ended up having to spend an extra $18.00, they advertise this as plug and play, but that is not true. It is "plug" but it is not "play". If you don't mind buying extra stuff then you won't be disappointed. However I was not happy having to buy more stuff after spending $83 bucks. I didn't want to bother with returning the harness, so I just went and got what was missing.
