install instruction says to use movable buckle to secure top, the buckle is not movable, towards middle, nothing to connect to, what am I missing?

It’s crap and it saggy everywhere had to clamp mine and looks horrible threw it in the trash purchased a better brand from a local golf cart dealer

Did anyone get velcro with their enclosure?

We didn’t get Velcro. We bought a cover for both of our golf carts. We have not had a need for Velcro, and we live on the coast where it is quite windy.

Can you also open front and back? Roll up, detach, or zip up?
