I ordered these plectrums as I wanted a more aggressive and bright tone. I have to say that I'm impressed with them. They're not flashy, just plain cut and finished but that's great as all the "money" is in the quality and that's just what I wanted.

I like the feel of them. I was interested to see if they would produce a different sound from 'plastic' plectrums. They do produce a subtley sharper sound. Nicely finished. Thin. Sleek even.

A neat piece of kit that keeps plectrums conveniently to hand

Got tired of wearing picks down after 35 years of playing. These always stay sharp. The only 4 slight downsides: they will scratch your guitar, your strings will wear out more quickly (they eventually strip the winding off) and, oddly, I hear the slightest drop in a attack/treble compared to a plastic pick. I’ve been using orange Dunlop picks for most of my life - it’s VERY slight. Oh, and they rattle quite a bit in the washer if you forget to take them out of your pocket. I’ll keep using them now, I like how they stay sharp - like always having a brand new pick in your hand.

Several guitar picks were bent in box upon delivery. All the same uniform size, which is expected. For the money, they were not bad, but would still not expect bent picks.

Just prepare for more string changes. (sounds best on electric guitar)

I really like these SS picks. What would make them better is the main body would have a thin layer of PDMS so it is not slippery. Or maybe if the pick was etched to produce a matte finish (media blasting would probably distort the picks). I worked on a project where we made a 20um thick film of clear PDMS (silicone) which we discovered would permanently bond to our SS fixtures if we plasma cleaned the film and SS surface. Would be awesome if the vendor could apply that to these picks. I like them so much I bought several orders as they also make great shims for other projects I work on.

Mediators en stainless steel assess, fins. Ils sont plus grands autre fees Jazz III at plus petit autre des Dunlop standard. Ils glissent un peu sous la main, surtout quand on est habitués aux Jazz III grip, mais c'est gérable. Ils font ressortir une attaque très franche en mettant un peu plus les médiums aigus en avant. Ce n'est pas scratchy comme l'aluminium. Ça à un côté plus glacial. En guitare, c'est parfait pour des musiques punk/post-punk/rock/black metal/old school thrash metal. Pour du metal moins plus death, je préfère des matières purs traditionnelles. En basse, c'est excellent. Très bon punch lors de la phase transitoire et attaque, puis medium très riche et nerveux. Ça passe dans tous les styles qui entendent de la nervosité.

J'ai essayer les pics en nylon de dunlop, ceux en cellulose fender medium, ceux en bois d'olivier, puis en bois d'ébène pour gagner en dureté, et ceux en bois on l'avantage d'avoir en son chaud et rond. Mais les pics en métal sont juste incroyable, le son est très différent de ceux en bois, et il offrent une clarté impressionnante, le coté métallique ressort dans chaque note, et surtout, contrairement aux pics en bois et en plastique, ceux en métal s'usent très peux! Puisque je préfère les pics pointu, j'ai sablé ceux que j'avais à cette fin, et depuis les deux mois que je les ait, ils ne se sont pas du tout émoussé, du moins à l'oeil nu! Et contrairement à un certain préjugé, le pics n'abiment pas du tout les cordes, à moins de jouer comme un bourrin bien sûr. En fait les cordes perdent de leur clarté naturellement avant qu'elle atteigne le stade de brisé. Attention cependant aux guitaristes débutants qui ne maîtrise pas complètement le piqué, puisque ce genre de pic peut facilement égratigner la guitare si on joue trop rudement, là où les pics en bois ou plastique pardonne un peu plus. Pour la quantité et la durabilité, ce sont facilement les meilleur pics sur le marché, pour le prix ça vaut clairement la peine. Les pics méritent de se faire sablé les extrémité légèrement pour éviter de se couper, mais pour le prix c'est pas grand chose Merci à la marque Frienda pour offrir un produit si remarquable.

La púas están perfectas, la única pega es que deberían de ser de diferentes grosores. Son todas del mismo grosor. Eso sí son púas duraderas ya que son de metal y no plástico, es imposible que se rompan tocando la guitarra o que le salgan mellas.
