WORTHLESS
MAYBE I GOT AN OLDER BAG BUT THE EXP IS JAN 2024 AND IT HAS NOT RAISED THE C02 AT ALL.

2/3 Were Good
Purchased three of these, two of the "365" size and then one of these "Small" ones. The 365 ones were perfect, the colony was not activated yet and was well above the substrate - all the way at the top of the bag as it should be.Unfortunately the "small" one arrived already activated, and it seemed to be intentionally so as the hanger that comes attached to the bag was ABOVE the colony and the colony was already submerged in the substrate completely, it looks to have already consumed about half the substrate which is unfortunate. The product overall is good, the seller may need to up their QA a bit though as I see I am not the only one who received an already activated product.

Maybe....but why - Yeast, Sugar, Water, Baking Soda = CO2
Researching this project, the science makes sense, I'm sure it is producing CO2. Unfortunately, I don't have the ability to measure ppm. I also don't have a good comparison of with and without the product. My plants were thriving before, and continue to thrive. Can't tell if it's the product. But, sugar, water, baking soda, and yeast can also produce CO2 for much less. Only downside is having to change it every 10 days or so.
