I want to be sure that no one resuscitates me because I have a directive that I don’t want to have it done. But out in the world a humanitarian won’t stop to look through your wallet for your information. So these items are perfect to prevent it from happening. Unfortunately by November 4 th ( I bought it on October 18 th) the bracelet had broken) . So now I’m buying a medal bracelet.

Comfortable to wear

I liked dog tag DNR just fine, but the necklace chain was not long enough to go around my neck let alone hang down my chest. I’m keeping the product, but will use a leather shoe string to hang it around my neck.

The chain is too short. I can't get it over my head. I needed someone else to close the clasp. Theother person complained that the clasp was too small.

Love them. Necklace is a standard dogtag style including the chain. Bracelet has a rubber style band. Not sure about the longevity of that.

That's my only complaint. The bracelet is good. Just can't understand why send it without the chain??? Update: called Amazon CS and was told the item is no longer available because I asked to have a chain mailed to me. Very sad about this. As a DNR it's important to make sure all know this!

ACTUALLY, I HAVE BEEN SADLY DISAPPOINTED WITH BOTH OF THESE ITEMS. FIRST, THE BRACELET BROKE, THE PART THAT HOLDS THE BAND IN PLACE. NEXT MY NECKLACE BROKE WHILE I WAS SLEEPING. CONSIDERING I JUST SPENT 8 NIGHTS IN A HOSPITAL IT HAS COME TIME TO SEE IF I CAN GET A REFUND. I DO NOT CARE TO HAVE THEM REPLACED AS I DO NOT FEEL THEY WOULD BE ANY BETTER. TWO OUT OF TWO ITEMS TELLS ME THAT IT IS BETTER TO JUST LET THESE GO AND LOOK ELSEWHERE. I AM SORRY THEY DID NOT WORK OUT, BUT I CAN TELL YOU THAT DURING ONE HOSPITAL VISIT THE BRACELET PUT THE ENTIRE STAFF ON NOTICE AND THEY PRETTY MUCH PANICKED. I GOT THE ATTENTION I NEEDED AT THAT TIME AND FOR THAT I WILL ALWAYS BE GRATEFUL. THANKS FOR LETTING ME KNOW IF I CAN GET A REFUND, AS I AM LIVING ON A SMALL AMOUNT OF DISABILITY EACH PENNY COUNTS.
