Great gluten free mix.
Great gluten free cookie mix. It is easy to prepare with any add-ins you choose. The mix cooks very nicely and the taste is great!

Not gritty
Many gluten free recipes use flours that taste gritty and make the cookie itself less appealing. This boxed mix does not do that and, in fact, was difficult to discern from glutinous cookies. King Arthur is truly royalty!

Easy and delicious
Now that I am retired I am baking a lot more and sharing with neighbors. I usually bake everything from scratch. I read reviews of these mixes while ordering King Arthur flour, and recently reordered the chocolate cookie and the scone mix again.

DOESN'T TASTE LIKE GLUTEN-FREE AT ALL
This cookie mix is the best if you're looking for gluten-free. I made chocolate chip cookies out of it and it was unbelievably good. I would highly recommend it to anyone who's gluten free. It doesn't taste gluten-free at all!!
