I had a particularly bad cold this winter and even after the worst had passed, I was left with a lingering cough which I could not shake off. This cough mixture tastes of liquorice so is quite pleasant if you like liquorice. The mixture clings to the back of the throat and thus helps to soothe the throat. It warms the back of the throat and lingers for some time. You can take it up to 4 times a day and it is worth doing this if you have a really bad cough. I also keep cough lozenges to hand as I feel that if you have a fit of coughing, lozenges work better at stopping the cough. Overall this is a decent cough mixture.

Had to stop using this product as I'm on warfarin and the two don't mix, I'm on honey and lemon for this instead
