I'm in a small community and specialty items like Millet and legumes are not always fresh on the shelves if they are available at all. I love this product. It is good for grinding and adding to bread, and sometimes I mix it in with other meals to beef them up a bit. What a great hearty grain.

Now this is my second time doing this review they trying to get me to lie I'm not going to lie I'm going to tell the truth it tastes like couscous and grits it's like a cross between the two. it's not nasty it's really good now I follow the direction that was on the bag so. It was shipped out real fast I really do appreciate that. And for me who have iron problems and I need the fiber and the iron this is a good product to add to my daily diet

Cooks up very nicely; perfect. I thought that millet was just for cheap bird seed mixes. Wrong! The birds don't like it in their seed mixes, but I find it delicious. It cooks up wonderfully in an Instant Pot.

I appreciate the millet for its versatility, affordability, and health benefits. I enjoy it most with almond milk. Nutritious with a low glycemic index and provides good texture when added to gluten-free bread.

Great quality millet. Delicious with a little bit of cinnamon and sugar!
