Poor quality strap. It worked great for about a month or two but then the stitching started to come apart. I tried to reach out to the company regarding this but they refuse to contact me back.Update:Seller contacted me back and refunded my order and replaced with new strap. New one appears to be made well. I’ll keep you posted on the new strap.

I love this thing. It's great for any tricep/bicep exercise. It basically replaces a rope attachment entirely. It just feels better.I forgot it at the gym and when I came back the next day, it was nowhere to be found. It definitely made me sad to lose it, but it's only $10, so I have no issue purchasing another one.

I thought the reviews for this inexpensive strap were too good to be true and they are. This is a flimsy, cheap strap, reflected in the price point. Avoid and get a good strap.
