Arrived on time and well packaged. Easy to adjust. I sure wish there was more extensive lumbar protection. There is basically none. Very strange given the reputation of this company. Why just protect the the Thoracic and cervical spine? Would have given 5 stars if it protected the L spine as well. Quality, fit, finish and comfort are all 5 stars as you would expect from this brand.
