Nostalgia LPF230 3-Tier Lighted Party Fountain, Holds 1.5 Gallons, LED Lighted Base, Includes 8 Reusable Cups

Updated after use: this was really cool and worked out very well for our Christmas party! I made sure to put it on a very level surface, checking with a level, and made sure that it was put together very tightly. I used the delicious recipe for Rum Negroni from The Kitchen on the Food Network—look it up! It looked very pretty with the lights on and the fountain running. I’m only kicking myself for not taking a pic or video! I’m really glad I purchased this! (I realized that my first review was based on it not being on a totally level surface, which is a must.) Very cute, but as a fountain it sprays the liquid outside the bowl, especially if you use the extension spouts. I tested it with water, and it’s super pretty. However, I’m concerned with the practicality of putting a Christmas punch in it and having it spray all over the counter. I’ll update this review after we actually use it on Christmas Day. So far, only 2 stars because of the spraying.

I’ve had this drink fountain for about six months and absolutely love it. I’ve used it at several parties to serve cocktails, and it’s always a huge hit — people are obsessed with it. After the first use, it wasn’t working quite right because I had used edible glitter in the cocktail previously. I figured out that if I fill the basin with plain water and let it run after emptying any sticky drinks, it clears everything out and works perfectly again. I’ve done that ever since, and I’ve had zero issues. A couple things to note: you can’t use anything carbonated or anything with pulp, so it won’t work as a champagne fountain. As long as you stick to smooth, non-carbonated drinks, it’s fantastic. Overall, I love it and would give it 10 stars if I could!

Unfortunately arrived with a leak between the pump housing and the bottom bowl. Aside from that, this is a very plastic-y thing it looks fun, but it’s fragile and cheap. It’d work for a young kids event if it weren’t broken, but it’s just a lot of cheap parts. It’s not something you’ll use time and time again.

I used this 3 Tier Party Fountain on Christmas Eve. I purchased the 1.5 gallon. It wasn’t hard to set up at all following all the instructions. Be sure to read about using carbonated alcohol or sodas. Thus is very important. After I ordered mine I was deciding what type of cocktail I would put in the fountain because I didn’t want to use anything carbonated. Finally I decided on wassail and vodka. Perfect!!! My guests loved it! We filled the fountain twice and used it for quite some time. The added bonus is it so so pretty when it’s all lit up and your beverage is flowing through the fountain. Disassembling it was easy and cleaning it was a breeze. I have it set up in my huge pantry room that’s filled with all my favorite and useful kitchen and cooking gadgets waiting to be used until our next party. I have to say I own the Nostalgia Hot Dog Roller and the steamer and I love them both! Hats off to Nostalgia for making affordable great products.

Nostalgia brand stuff is typically pretty great and this is no exception. I will say, the more liquid in the bowl, the more propensity I had to overflow on the upper bowls. This was easily solved by reducing the amount of liquid overall. So I'd say it's more like 1.3 gallons than 1.5 if you want it working with no hiccups. Easy to use, the cycling didn't heat up my cocktail too much which was nice, sometikes the pumps on these things can really heat up the liquid and this did not. The big selling point is that I was able to use edibly glitter in it and it did not clog the spots. This is great because I was able to make literal liquid gold for this gold themed party. Overall for the price I'd say it's a good buy, especially since similar ones have smaller capacity and also don't flow well.

A little flimsy but to be expected when product is made of plastic. I don't have any splashing issues as others have described. You probably just need to re adjust the little spickets if you have that issue. Overall this is just as described and very cute and functional.

This is such a great buy!! Whether u buy it for yourself or give it as a gift!!! It’s a must have at any party or occasion!!! Places a nice touch of elegant at any function!!!

I love that it works because some of the comments were saying that it don’t even work but mind us. I used water to test it and it worked perfectly fine. I do like the little lights at the bottom. That’s pretty cool the one thing that I really don’t like is the fact that you can’t use soda it says to do not use soda on the instructions and honestly that’s part of reason why I got it was because I wanted to make punch With soda some sodas and juice mixed so it really kind of like irritating me because I’m just like I want it kind of like the prom experience where you have like fruit punch type of thing but I feel like if this product is gonna be really popular it needs to not be so noisy and they need to put a different type of motor in it to make it quieter and that they find a way for them to be able to use carbonated drinks

What a unique gift idea and I was so glad to buy it for someone who loves party planning. It's definitely good for that wow factor. It is more on the pricey side though.

This party fountain is very fun and works perfectly for serving Golgappa pani or drinks. It’s easy to set up and the quality is good. It adds a lively touch to parties and gatherings. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to friends and family.
