A bit noisy but so are nose air conditioners. Good upgrade from conventional air/heater units

Had trouble changing over between electric heater element and heat pump. Tended to stay in heater element mode but it didn’t tell you. The compressor would not kick in. The manual tells you how to correct it but if it stays stuck you have to take it in. Good 5 yr warranty on that part but make sure you have a dealer nearby. I didn’t.
