Nice looking chair, good quality, comfort level is ok. They are on the firm side, but not too bad. The arms could use more padding - it's just a little sleeve of material velcroed around a square metal arm. Other than that, pretty satisfied with purchase. Very easy to assemble.

This white leather chair is absolutely stunning! The white leather is so buttery soft! This chair was a cinch to put together. The parts and bolts came very well labeled and a layman could follow the directions. I'm a petite woman and usually have my hubby build furniture and such things, but this was so easy, I had it built in less than 30 mintutes! I cannot believe how nice this chair is for the price! The leather really is beautiful and seems to be the real deal, if its pleather, you sure have me fooled. I'm adding a few photos. I had to take a pic of it out of the box, as I was surprised at how well labeled the parts were. I am also adding a couple pics of the chair. I'm still decorating/finishing my new home office, but you can see how great this chair looks against the fresh, clean white chair rail! Update: I'm still loving this chair! So buttery soft and extremely comfortable. Now that my studio/office is complete, I love it even more, and now that I've had time to use it and sit in it, I wanted to add this: I love the design of this chair, the back is absolutely perfect, not only does it help keep your posture in check, it has a slight curve, which hits the rights spots, making it extremely comfortable to sit straight up, with correct posture. The white leather was a concern for me, I worried it would get marked up/stained with a toddler and doggy. But no such problems at all. I've had white leather that looks stained with the slightest touch of a sticky hand , but not this chair! I'm adding a few photos of this chair in my newly finished, redecorated studio/office. I totally recommend this chair and I'm still as thrilled with it as when I received it! Ps. Since I'm updating my review I thought I'd add that I've since read the description in more detail, and it states that this is in fact PU leather. So all you vegans buy with confidence! Everyone else trust in the fact that this chair does not have a cheap fake leather look at all, it's quite the opposite, it had me fooled until I read the full description! Pss. In the updated pics you'll see I've added a new, white, faux fur pelt to the chair, it's simply luxurious and I love the look!

Amazing just as pictured and seat was bigger than I expected

Decent looking chair. Comfortable enough. Not a whole lot of support. Still looks good after 3.5 years, but broke off of the base and needed to be fixed. (Too good looking to just throw in the trash.) The base of this chair (specifically the "tilt control mechanism") broke after owning this chair for 3.5 year. Basically the seat part of the chair broke off from the wheels part of the chair. Not a big deal - stuff happens - after 3.5 years of tilting too far, it eventually broke. It's understandable. ... and the rest of the chair still looks and operates great. Everything else still looked good, so I didn't want to just throw it in the trash Here's the main reason why I give it 3 stars instead of 4 or 5: It turns out that the part of the chair that broke (the tilt mechanism) is easily replaceable for about $35... so I don't need to buy a whole new chair. Great! One problem, though: this chair seems to have a really non-standard tilt mechanism size that I wasn't able to find on Amazon. There are *many* tilt mechanisms for sale on amazon, but not one that will fit this chair. It looked like 10.2" x 6" might be the industry standard size, but this chair needs one that is about 8" x 5" which I could not find. In the end, I did end up buying one and fixing my chair with one that was 9" x 6"... but had to drill the properly spaced holes through the metal tilt mechanism myself. Hope this helps someone else. 10.2"x6"

Great chair. I got 2 of those for the office at my house and they are so easy to put together. Also super comfy! Not bad for the price. I was expecting lower quality, but it’s way better than I ever thought. Super recommend it.

My chair arrived last Wednesday, but I only assembled it today. It looks overwhelming as you take all of the pieces out of the box, but it is straightforward to assemble. Took me less than 45 minutes start to finish. Assembled, the chair is really nice. Many reviews talk about the incessant squeaking. I'm guessing it has to do with how they assembled the chair. Mine does not make a sound. The seat is very firm, it may be uncomfortable for some people; I'll have a better idea after I use it for awhile. I gave it 4 stars because the plastic lever to raise/lower the chair, the underside broke off in 3 pieces! Fortunately I was able to fit the pieces back, and used liquid Gorilla Glue all over the broken seams. So far it's holding up well. Visually the chair is beautiful. UPDATED 6/1/20 - I originally gave this chair 4 stars. As you can see in my original post, I took one star off for a crucial piece that was broken inside the box. I read reviews where customers who experienced issues were not getting assistance from the seller. I am now in that same issue. After I initially e-mailed the seller regarding a replacement part for that one piece, they are repeatedly e-mailing me asking me is this part broken, is that part also broken. My last e-mail to them stated that I have explained the issue in detail multiple times and if I am sent one more e-mail asking if another part is broken, I will know this is a stall tactic. I have an e-mail this morning asking if the gas lift is broken. I've contacted Amazon to contact the seller with the understanding that if they stall Amazon as well, a request will be made for a full refund. I am NOT the one to play with when it comes to shady customer service. If I could give negative stars based on the seller alone, I would.
