Had to get a new battery for the 2nd time because it had a really short battery life (which doesn't help a college student who is out and about all day). While it was a little inconvenient to do the whole charge-discharge process when I first installed the battery, IT WAS SOOOOO WORTH IT! I can go the day without worrying that my laptop is going to die. The 5+ hours of battery life is so nice <3

My computer battery died and was soo glad to have found a replacement for it. I wished that it had come with instructions but was able to find a youtube video that matched my computer make and model and was able to replace it. Now the computer has a new lease on life. Thanks!

I ordered one battery, it wouldn’t charge at all. Ordered a second one and it wouldn’t charge past 40%. Did every troubleshooting technique and still nothing. I don’t recommend this battery.

I was lucky to find a genuine Dell battery because the suppliers don't carry this battery anymore.Performs like a brand new one. Fully charged, it is showing about 5 hr battery life in Windows 10.It installed easily, charged fully and has been operating perfectly, so perfect.
