I use this a lot, and that's why I buy it in bulk even though it's only one old woman here. I can easily bread anything - tofu, chicken, cauliflower - stick it in the toaster oven for a few minutes and I have breaded delicious food. I don't even use any other dip. I just put a few scoops of this in a tupperware, then roll the food in it, and then stick any leftover breading in the freezer for the next time.

This product does exactly what is says. It's a very well seasoned flour for frying seafood. It has a great flavor and adds a perfect crisp on your food. I would recommend eating whatever you fry the same day. It doesn't reheat well

Just the right balance of seasonings. Able to get a nice light coating on the shrimp and fish!

Fish fry just arrived with the safety seal broken. Product was leaking out into the shipping box. Unable to return or replaced item, very frustrated.
