It thoroughly explains how to and has a decent amount of recipes to help you start. The book itself is well written and has pictures of what the recipient look like completed at the end. I would definitely recommend this to others who are starting to eat healthy and want a lifestyle change of eating clean. It’s well worth it. These recipes are easy, use good, clean ingredients and are as delicious as she says they will be. The pumpkin spiced bars were a little spongy, but a great snack when needed. I added 1/4 c of golden raisins (game changer!) You will not be sorry if you get this book. One suggestion though: if it's available, get the spiral copy.

Great book for beginners!

Good, Good-For-You Food!

A great cookbook
It's a good book. It has meal plans to help get you started and so many recipes to choose from!

Delicious, easy whole food recipes with lots of flavor!
So far I've used about 8 recipes from this cookbook over the last week and a half, and I really like it!! Have loved each recipe. Really great meal plans, lots of different healthy meal ideas with easy substitutes and ways to make it your own by swapping out or adding in. Great sauce and seasoning recipes as well, along with helpful conversions and tons of user friendly directions, indexes and pro tips. My only complaints are: • the breakfast section header is a bit misleading.. Was really hoping this would have more smoothie recipes than two or three • nutrition info for each recipe is super helpful...untillllll you leave out sugar content, AND include how many servings per recipe, yet fail to specify what amount is considered one serving 🤷♀️ • would have loved more finished recipe photos • I'm a pretty good, experienced cook, and the prep/cool times are not accurate for me at all haha Overall, I do think it is a very good value and am happy with the purchase! Plan on trying many more of the recipes in the weeks to come :) Also....I don't recommend buying this cookbook if you like very basic food groups and don't like trying new things. ;)

Lots of recipes
Recipes that are easy to make. Not alot of ingredients that aren’t in my house already. Love cooking and this book…recommend it for many ideas for good cooking…

There are some amazing recipes in here. The peanut butter ramen is probably my favourite recipe ever, it's so beautiful. Initially when I bought this, my husband turned his nose up at it because of the title alone, but when I started using the recipes he soon changed his mind. The fact that they're 'clean eating' doesn't mean that the recipes are just for vegetarians or just full of salads. Definitely recommend this recipe book.

Purchased as a gift for my granddaughter who is interested in eating better. This book has colorful pictures, good recipes along with shopping lists, weekly eating plans and much more. Definitely a great buy.

Everything I’ve made in this book turned out delicious. Some recipes call for sugar/honey/etc when it’s not required. I usually just leave it out and recipe is still good. I’ve had this cookbook for two months and make something from it almost every week.

I have been eating mostly from this book for the last 3 months now and I feel amazing !! I wanted to eat healthier so gave this a go and I’m so impressed. Ive done lots of recipes and haven’t been dissatisfied in any of them. Really delicious and I’ve lost over 1 stone as well even though that wasn’t my main concern. Cannot recommend enough.
