I like these , it’s easy on the tummy caused no pain at all. It helped it with my digestive issues well. No bad taste. Good value

Stopped taking it for a few days and the arthritis in my right big toe flared up to the point I could hardly walk. Started taking it again and within 2 - 3 days no more pain at all. Also helped with my blood pressure and cholesterol to the point that I know longer take high blood pressure or cholesterol meds after being told I would be on them for life. I've been taking berberine for 4 - 5 months. If I have to take something for life it's going to be berberine. Now instead of bad side effects [organ damage] the side effects from berberine are good for your organs. I haven't tried other brands, but with the results I'm getting with the Solaray brand why change.

This is a great product! This is my 2nd or 3rd purchase with 2-3 in each order. I’ve had no side effects and has helped with water weight.

I've just started using this supplement in an attempt to treat my periodontal disease. I did some research, and these herbs are said to be beneficial and can even ameliorate the depth of perio pockets by creating more bone. My teeth feel tighter already. I've also noticed my teeth are less transparent, which was a pleasant surprise. I'm not sure if the transparency was due to the loss of bone density or from my drinking orange juice and only orange juice...perhaps the loss of enamel? Regardless, I do see improvement. My only complaint is that I wish the berberine was 100% pure and not synthetically modified. Berberine HCL is synthetic. Decent value though considering both herbs are included in one supplement.

Have been using this product for the past 18 months. My A1c dropped from 6.1% to 5.6% as of today. My doctor is amazed and pleased. I would highly recommend this product which I am using to replace Metformin which gave me a lot of GI problems.

I use this as a mast cell stabilizer for a mast cell disorder. I take it every morning and have for about 2 years. Overall it helps stabilize reactions such as chronic hives, pressure hives, skin lesions, anaphylaxis and other things associated with my issues. I trust this brand over others. I will continue to rebuy it.

This is my second order of Berberine by Solaray. I have been taking one capsule each morning before I leave for work (at 6 a.m.) ...I don't like to eat breakfast that early, and these pills help regulate my blood sugar. I don't have a diagnosed blood sugar problem, but if I go to work (my work is a bit physically strenuous) without breakfast OR my Berberine, I get weak and nauseas. The Berberine keeps me feeling well able all through the morning, whether I eat anything or not. Definitely recommend for anyone with any type of blood sugar issues. But keep in mind, this is my own personal opinion....and I am not a doctor.

I tried Berberine to help reduce my high cholesterol. Not effective for me, so I discontinued using.
