Matney Stealing Coin Cat Box- Piggy Bank - White Kitty - English Speaking

The Seller delivered as promised. I find this little bank, which requires 2 AA batteries, charming and delightful. The kitty pokes her head out, says "Hello!", puts her paw out to take a coin, and then says "Thank you!" You can easily remove the coins from the bottom to play again. I love it!

I purchased this after seeing it in action on Ellen DeGeneres show featuring internet kitty sensation Marmalade from Cole & Marmalade. I was going to wait 'till Christmas to give it to my own fur baby but couldn't resist and wanted to see her reaction. OMG, I couldn't stop laughing as she did exactly what Marmalade did, she stopped in her tracks and just stared at it and looked at me in such a puzzled way LOL. I know some of you might think what the heck, it's a piggy bank for coins! But I couldn't resist seeing it as something else for my fur babies :-) Anyway, I wanted to give a review that's honest and accurate for what this very cool item was made for, sooo... I placed a few different sized coins on the little coin area and poof, the little cute plastic kitty I fondly named Buddy LOL comes out and grabs the coins and politely thanks me! Final Thoughts: I think kids will learn to save coins in a fun way... Adults can use it to keep loose change in...Fur baby kitties will LOVE this as a mind bending, soul twisting fun game..... or at least mine does LOL. So no matter your purpose for purchasing this item, as long as you don't get a defective unit, this should work as expected... Enjoy :-)

I received this exact item as a Christmas gift from my long-time friend who's always known I'm a cat lover. When my 6 year old niece saw this during our family Christmas gathering, I could tell she wanted one for herself! She wouldn't stop playing with it. Unfortunately, my stealing coin cat box broke a few months later; but it's because my dog knocked it off my kitchen table and it fell on hard floor. The box door won't shut anymore, rendering the entire box useless. Nevertheless, I WON'T FAULT the company for it not working because I broke it (or should I say my dog broke it). So it's now August and I just purchased this same item for my little niece who was eye-ing it last Christmas. When she opened her present, she loved it!!! I placed two batteries in the box. My niece put a quarter on the plate and pushed it. Out came the kitty paw to steal the coin. My niece loved it and all the kids thought it was a cool gift. I have to admit, the mechanism in the box is such that I think if the kid pushes the button too much or if the box was mishandled, it could easily break. If the box does break within a year, I'll modify my rating. For now, it works fine and my niece loves it.

I purchased 3 of these for the birthdays of my Great-Granchildren. . . THEY LOVED THEM. . .AND, their parents thought it was a wonderful gift. I encosed $20 worth of quarters, dimes & nickles for them to enjoy.

Do not buy this! This was a christmas gifts for my child. The box looked good but the bank didn't work. I have tried many new batteries and checked everything twice. Save yourself a disappointed child christmas morning. To bad its out of the return window. So I'm stuck with junk

This mini coin bank is absolutely adorable! However, it does seem to have a limit to the amount of coins, and may get heavy once a significant mass is reached. When you place a coin or push on the white button located at the top of the bank, there is an audible "Hello!" from the coin's bank speaker (located at the bottom of the bank) as a cat's head and paw poke out and "steals" the coin from the plate. Once it takes the coin, it loudly says, "Thank you!" This coin bank does not include batteries (two double AA). In addition, it did not include a screw to attach the panel covering the batteries. I love this coin bank and plan on using it to put coins from around the world in it.

This is a very cute coin bank. We purchased this for our 8 year old for Christmas and as a bonus our 3 year old daughter thinks it’s the cutest thing ever.. it actually works well and is pretty entertaining.All in all it was a good value for what you are getting.

I ordered this for my son, who LOVES anything panda. He adores this item, he is 5, and I think it is okay. It does not always collect the coin if you do not properly place the coin. The small plug to hold the coins is flimsy and easily falls off, which then dumps all the coins onto the floor, table, etc. The "thank you" that is heard from the box once a coin is collected is loud, and begins to get irritating (for me) when my son has a whole pile of coins. There is no volume adjust so I just put electrical tape over the speaker. It is still loud though. It's a really cute idea and my son loves interacting with the panda. I think with some adjustments this could be a great toy. As it is now, I think it is just okay.

No es muy costoso y es un gran detalle para la persona a la que se le desea regalar. La entrega fue rápida y el producto funcional.

Está muy simpática, funciona como debe de, se ve no tan resistente, sí se ve muy hecha en china, no la recomendaría para niños que la traigan de aquí para allá jugando.

Excelente producto, muy bonito además me llegó en 2 días cuando algunos conocidos me comentaron que les habían tardado 6 meses en llegar así que super recomendable 🤗
