Upgrade Molle Rip Away Ifak Pouch, Tactical Small Belt First Aid Pouch Medical Utility EMT Pouch Only

Overall the pouch itself is quite great - it is roomy enough for almost anything essential in field or any activity. The rip away design is great and side pockets are fine. The material is also more than perfect for a real tactical use.The issue are the pouch MOLLE straps. They are too loose to work at any MOLLE plate or belt. With any configuration of webbing the pouch would move almost freely up and down and eventually (or almost guaranteed in field) one would lose it.Also, as the back molle platform has an even number of loops, you would have used it it only for low rising on belt as the first loop on the pouch itself it sewn up. Anyway this is not quite actual as it is still too loose.Overall, I found most of these Chinese pouches to be poorly designed in regards to their attachment to the tactical gear. The issues with the even molle loops number, their length etc are common.

Smaller than I was expecting but still holds a SAM splint, tourniquet, and gauze with scissors outside.

Just big enough to hold everything you need during street combat. Tear away velcro is good but the molle straps don't really match the molle on a body armor carrier. Typical chinese knockoff stuff but sturdy canvas nylon bag. Be ready for all those casualties during the next summer of love.

These are pretty decent. A touch small for a perfect IFAK, but they’re a lot cheaper than other options. I can’t speak much to the durability under stress, but it wasn’t falling apart out of the package. Pretty good

The pouch is the perfect size for a tear-away IFAK; easily holds a compressed Israeli bandage, gauze, CAT tourniquet, two chest seals, celox packets, and even some unnecessary items that are nice to have (i.e. electrical tape, nasal pharyngeal, assorted band-aids, tweezers, small nail clippers, some ibuprofen and other meds, plastic gloves) with a little room to spare. The outside pocket with it's Velcro holds trauma shears nicely. Fits well on my battle belt on the small of my back, could just as easily be plate mounted or thrown in the car or on the back of an ATV.I take mine with me on duty and out to the range.Only major con for me is that it's a little awkward to get off the back of the belt. Totally doable, especially with a little practice, but not ideal. When loaded, I don't trust the Velcro to hold the pouch by itself, so you have to work the little clip blind in the small of your back. The pouch styles that are elastic sleeves that you rip the whole IFAK out of are definitely superior, but the cheapest I can find those is almost $100 and I think that's a little steep for not being a huge improvement.Good pouch for the money, seems well made, has been holding up well, and a perfect size for my use (which generally involves carrying a little more than necessary).

Good bags can accommodate many different loadouts and they allow you to make use of the space at the top and bottom portions of the bag. This bag is fatally flawed because one side is set up to handle only a few configurations. The left side is only straps and there are only two sizes (most bags with large straps have smaller straps sewn in front). Another issue is that the side with the pocket is also the side against the velcro backing, so any uneveness in the pocket pulls it away from the velcro. Finally, the molle straps are too far apart to fit the largest molle area on my back packs.

I have to say I really like this kit. it seems to be made very well. Nice overall design and functionality.The only thing I would change is to make it just a bit deeper. It is 2" deep and when you start filling it up it is a squeeze to get the thing closed.I probably have too much stuff in there but for the size it is almost perfect as a quick trauma bag.I have:1 Israeli bandage1 tourniquet5 gauze pads1 pack of clotting pads1 pack of 4 rubber gloves2 emergency blankets1 roll of gauze1 set of shears1 glow stick1 maskI would like to fit just a bit more but as it is, it barely closes and may eventually pop the zipper. Maybe make it 3" deep and it would be perfect!Love the quick release of the velcro backing.Other than that, a very nice product and will be in my truck just waiting for an accidentGood luck, stay safe and be Ready!

The pouch was exactly as described. It's big enough for critical supplies carried on a molle belt setup. If you want every possible item you could need for any medical emergency then you need a bigger pouch to carry on a plate carrier but in my opinion that's not an IFAK. I carry 2 chest seals, 2 small rolls of gauze, 2 4" ace bandages for compression, 1 pouch of quick clot gauze, small tube of liquid stitches, a few alcohol wipes, a few bandaids and an extra tourniquet in the outside pocket. If packed right it will all fit and that's all I expect to need to do first aid on myself.

This pack is a good size for an IFAK. It fits on my 5.11 bag, not as cleanly as I’d like, but clean enough. The length of the straps could be 1/2” shorter or longer, and that would have fit the cleanest. Regardless, when i yank on it , it stays attached so there should be no issue with it staying put.The zipper is kinda cheap, but at this price it’s what i expected and as an IFAK it won’t get opened very often.The buckle that holds it all in place is sturdy.There are some straps and dividers inside the bag, I’d prefer nothing inside because my IFAK is in a ziplock bag to keep it dry, but that’s just personal preference, not a deficiency of this bag.I’m happy with this purchase.Also, it arrived much faster than expected.

Great First Aid pouch! Small enough to not be in the way, big enough to hold just what you need to assist in first aid quickly until you can get to more supplies!
