There is no information on the box that it does not contain gluten and in the same time there is no information that it may contain gluten. Personally I am coeliac and doing very clean diet and I do not have any reaction from it.

Sorry I do not know answer if it’s been treated with high temperatures, you’d have to contact the manufacturer, however it’s best quality coconut milk on the market I’ve found and I’ve tried many. It tastes very good, it’s versatile & it has no additives other brands have. The packaging just says coconut milk and water.

What is the use by date please? I can’t buy if I don’t know.
