Tastes great
I was initially worried because another review claimed it didn't have a good pepper flavor but i was pleasantly surprised. It's a slightly different flavor than normal gochujang but all the elements are there. You definitely get the gochugaru flavor with the bit of spice at the end but I'd have to say the way this is different in that it's much sweeter tasting which isn't a bad thing but it's also thinner as in its not super concentrated with pepper flavor as traditional gochujang. It's a good trade off for me as I have a reaction to wheat which is heavy in most gochujangs and I can sometimes have a reaction to soy especially gmo soy which accounts for 94%? of the soy distributed. And soy is in like 90+% of the gochujangs I've found online. This one is pricey but for organic and lack of wheat and soy it makes a great substitute. If you're missing that really concentrated pepper flavor then I would definitely suggest just adding more gochugaru to which ever dish you're trying to prepare.

That is a tiny bottle.
It is indeed Gochujang. It is indeed healthy and coconut based. You're not going to get very much of it, so be warned. On the plus side, it was easy to find room in the fridge for this bottle, and it quickly migrated to the back of a shelf, as small bottles of unique ethnic sauces seem to do. I'll find it again one day.

Good stuff but spendy
We rrally like it and it makes good soup and noodle flavors. Just wish it wasn't so expensive.

Gross and tastes nothing like gochujang
I bought this because it has good, organic ingredients and I'm not too picky when it comes to hot sauce, but this was unbearable and I threw out the whole bottle after trying it twice. Taste match to real gochujang is like 10%, but the real bad part is the taste. It tastes really gross and the smell is nauseating, rancid.
