When it's working, it produces really nice posters. But it is incredibly finicky about loading paper, and it rejects HP factory ink sometimes without reason. HP 727 ink, as specified. Checked the expiration dates, fresh from the box, rebooting, nothing. I've lost many hours troubleshooting and fiddling with the paper and literally hundreds of dollars discarding factory fresh ink. I wish I had bought some other model.
