Great sadness
Stopped working after 2 uses. Only works when plugged in now. Not a great product even when it does work. Tried to return through Amazon within 30 days, service doesn't work just goes round in circle. Tried to contact Wahl as it has a 1 year guarantee, they said I had to go back to Amazon and so the cycle continues. It's this kind of consumer hellscape that that represents the worst inefficacies of a system which has doomed our species .

Excellent product
This is a Christmas gift for my son but able to review the product as I bought one last Christmas for my husband. He is very happy with it which is why I purchased it again as a gift. Saved himself quite a bit of money on trips to the barbers as the Wahl Detailer does the same job & good quality. The attachments are useful & you can set it to cut different lengths.

Best set of clippers I've ever had. Cuts great for a balding hair cut. I use twice a week for around 10 mins a time and only need to charge once a month

Good clippers so far. Good battery etc. came with optional dock to recharge. Actually better than last set. May start using for daily shave.
