No English instruction manual
I am returning the fan due to the fact that the installation manual is not in English and there is no way to get an English copy. No way to contact the seller directly. If my return goes smoothly, I will update my feedback to reflect this.*Update* I requested and received my refund. The vendor handled the process beautifully, so I am changing my review to reflect their good business practices.

Great fan, great support
Bought this fan for a 12x12 room. I leave it on the Low setting; it moves plenty of air and I don't need it higher than that.The light is moderately bright, but I didn't expect it to be a torch either so it doesn't affect my rating and it's still enough to get the job done just fine. Also cycles through three different color temperatures so you can choose which type of light works for you.When I installed it, the remote/fan made a high pitched 'beep' every time I pushed a button. It was very annoying. I emailed their customer support and received an email within 12 hours offering to send me the new model remote with a mute feature to disable that sound.Received the new remote in three days along with another email. I installed it this morning and it works great!Overall this has been a great experience. Fan works well and the vendor's support was excellent.Thanks!

Broken blades in cold weather
During this cold weather and wind I had blades that broke off. Fan was not running.

Doesn't move a tremendous amount of air
To move a useful amount of air, it needs to be pretty much left on HI. On high, the blade noise (from the sharp metal blades) is significant. It is good looking but I'd prefer it if it moved more air.

Works great.
Fan is well balanced, quiet and stable. Three light levels with three fan speeds. One thing to note is it will not fit on a standard electrical box. The mount must be used on a solid surface or be modified to work. Blades are truly metal!

Nice looking fan, but .....
The product looks nice and works well and the remote is convenient. However, I don't like the way the LED light looks in the room. I also didn't realize it didn't have a reverse mode. Other than those two negative things that aren't that big a deal for everyone, it's a nice looking fan and works well.

Great look!
It was a little difficult to install, but we love the look, the remote, and the esthetic of this fan. Definitely recommend, but be patient with yourself on the install. Took two people for sure!
