I have already spilled some water on the keys and it was so easy to just clean it up and keep moving. I wouldn't say it could handle a full glass of anything as the laptop mouse keys are not covered or the speakers. It keeps the crumbs out. Late night writing with a hoagie. It is super easy to clean. just take it off, wash it and let it dry. I don't know about how the key letters will wear off over time but I will update when it does to say how long it was. I use this laptop daily so you will have something to base it on.

On October 9, I purchased a brand new HP 15 Slim Copilot ready AI Laptop.One month later and they keys on the keyboard were already starting to fade. I couldn't believe it.Yes it's under warranty but if I replace the keyboard (which I understand is difficult), the same thing will happen. So i searched on Amazon and found this product. You have to make sure that you count the function and other keys on the top row to make sure it fits. This HP Laptop has 19 keys across but many others have 20. As long as you read the product description to make sure you are buying the right one, you will be so happy! It fits like a glove and is easy on the finger tips. I purchase two of them, just in case.

Did not fit my keyboard even though my laptop was listed. Was too big. Even if it did fit, it wouldn't allow laptop to close.

I wanted to add a little color to my plain silver laptop so I ordered this and it's pretty and definitely adds color but typing isn't as smooth with this on the keyboard. I kept it but usually take it off the keyboard when I use it.
