Pasta was reasonably priced and spot on for my pasta salad. Arrived the next day with my prime membership. It was so nice not having to make a trip to the store. My pasta salad turned out perfect.

My husband is a diabetic so he's kinda sworn off pasta BUT he loves this stuff. This is the 4th time I'm ordering it. I'm not quite sure why it tastes so much better but it does. This is not your supermarket pasta aisle pasta. It's always fresh and always delicious. The quality is amazing. I'm so surprised my husband loves it and if this is the only pasta he will allow himself to eat, I'm more than happy to buy it for him and cook it

When you open the bag it still smells fresh, like a bag of flour. When you cook it in a little salt water…it is very absorbent. It tastes more like a lightly cooked biscuit or dumpling. Not heavily dried and browned like the cheap stuff. But not everyone likes their pancakes lightly golden so not sure if you will like it…individual tastes will result in differing opinions on the matter.

It’s true - Italian pasta is unbeatable. Great taste, fewer mysterious chemicals and pesticides used. No bloating after eating. And, most, of all fantastic taste and texture.

I specifically purchased this on the recommendation of someone else. I really like the shape of the pasta since it is a soft spiral and not typical of similar styles in the grocery store. It works so well with pasta salads because it is stronger. Love the taste and texture, recently ordered another style from this brand and I am sure I am going to enjoy that one just as much. I will definitely be re-ordering.
