I use this tool on my synthetic wigs that are not heat friendly. Works fine for me. It is noisy but i usually have it on no longer than a couple of minutes for adding some curl to my wigs. If using on heat friendly wigs, make certain you follow the directions provided by the wig maker.

It does make noise. So does a hair dryer. I find this is easier on my hair. Nice body and wave even if my hair is not as wet as recommended. EZ to use .EZ to travel with.Love it!!

I have had a Helen of Troy 3/4 barrel blow dry brush for about 7 years. I use this item to style my 5" beard. I wanted another to keep at my parent's house. The model I bought is no longer available. I've tried 5 similar models over the last 2 years. This has been the best of the bunch... Although I still like the other one better.Comparison:- HofT model had a textured plastic, this model is glossy plastic... Gets a little slippery with the oils I use for my beard.- HofT model had rubbery times be brush, this is hard plastic which I feel scratching against my skin.Functionally, this brush is the same and produces the same results for me of a straight beard, curled under at the bottom. Just not the ' premium experience ' I'm accustomed to.

Really makes it easy to style my short hair, and I even have the 1-1/2” one. I don’t use it for curls but shaping and lifting my hair where it needs to be.

I really like this curling brush. I had my hair cut short and this curling brush is prefect. What I enjoy the most, is that it is very easy to use.

Have used this type of hair dryer/styler for decades. This is the 2nd of this particular one I've purchased. Conair and Sassoon made really good ones. This one runs a tad too hot on"high". Suggest using "low".

I am able to use only one arm for styling, so I've been looking for a hot air brush to replace my favorite one that just died last week. This model is almost the same and works very well. It is gentle on the scalp unlike other brands I've tried. I'd give it 5 stars, but I wish the highest setting blew a little bit harder. Overall it satisfies my needs.
