Baguette cooking mould / tray.
They are 15" long ...But I would have liked the option of choosing longer. They are however doing a good job !

Sturdy tray.
Used for the first time with sourdough; bases of baguettes stuck in places. Need to check whether the tray needs to be prepared E.g. oiled before use to stop this. Cleaned up well after soaking in hot ,soapy water.

Very disappointing
The baguette i've made have all been really excellent but alas the non-stick on this is just useless. Every single baguette has stuck dreadfully even when using low hydration dough and semolina flour.
